We ordered four plans from ciricket. One of the phones they said they could not port the number. But the others were ok. We all have the same wireless company. I called to cancel the other three. Cricket cancelled the one they could not port. I reached customer service where the rep said "I do not know how to cancel an order let me send you to someone who can help". She transferred me. The rep said " oh you need to go to our warranty department". ok transferred again. The warranty man said "why did they send you here? I wish they would stop hiring stupid people. Why would you need the warranty department fpr a phone you do not own yet? I agreed and off he sent me. The next rep also said they did not know what to do off I went again. The next rep typed and worked and told me " you can not cancel orders through our service. What you need to do is wait for the order to be processed and dhipped to you than follow the directions on how to send it back enclosed in the box. WHAT? "
But it is not even processed yet. Why cant you just cancel it?"
I am sorry sir but I can not cancel your order.
"OK"
Is there anything else I can help you with?'
" Anything else? You havent helped me with anything yet"
Ok sir thank you for calling cricket wireless" Insert some more babble. She hangs up.
