User comment: new cricket service forces you to buy new phone


I'm about to pull both of my cricket accounts from this merger nightmare as well- my Galaxy S4 is only 16 months old and was purchased at over $600 from Cricket- I just found out that I will have to purchase a NEW PHONE in order to continue my service -the trade in value of this 16 month old phone from Cricket/AT&T is $70!!!!! - BUT I CAN THEN TURN AROUND AND REPURCHASE THE S4 back off of CRICKET/AT&T for $500!!!!!! Unless I choose a CHEAPER PHONE AT A LESS EXPENSIVE PRICE!!!! - ARE YOU KIDDING ME AT&T - EITHER AT&T REPLACES THIS PHONE "FREE OF CHARGE"!!!! OR I WILL FIND A NEW provider!!!!! They must think we are really STUPID!!!!

BUT I GUARANTEE I WILL MAKING A TON OF NOISE ON MY WAY OUT- HOPE THAT ALL THEIR CUSTOMERS PULL THEIR ACCOUNTS - AND YES CRICKET WONT TAKE MY COMPLAINT -THEIR EMPLOYEES WONT TAKE MY COMPLAINT EVEN AFTER BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMERS FOR OVER 7 YEARS THIS IS AWFUL CUSTOMERS SERVICE-
