    Over the past few months, I have fought with this company hand and foot.. I was not satisfied with the company nor the service! I am entirely sure how a PREPAID company can lock a cell phone for usage with another service provider, especially when the cell phone was with the provider I want to switch back to?     I paid for a prepaid account. I could not get service even though I was promised I could get it. Now I cannot get a refund. I had to go back to Verizon.     I walked into Cricket to look at phones there was one worker that stood out his name was Nicholas he was very helpful from the time we walked in his customer service skills were amazing unlike the other.   • Over heating Alcatel 4 phone

    Let's see...     I HATE CRICKET WIRELESS!!!!!!!!! I just got off the phone with one of their customer service reps who did not speak English very well. I explain that even though I was on Bridge Pay; I needed to extend the payment of $62 until January 31st because my son has a medical condition that I need to have my phone on so that I can reach his doctors.   • Cricket phone disconnected, then asking for a re connection fee

    I have had a cricket account with two lines for a couple of years now, paying on auto pay each month. In September 2016, the auto pay did not go through (the card on file is still valid and working fine) and the phone was dis-connected in October. After calling to figure out the issue, a manual payment was made, the phones were switched back on and the auto pay was supposed to be reset.     DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO CRICKET WIRELESS- horrible company!!!! I hate them so much I will tell everyone I know to stay away from them.   • Cricket Robbed my account of 7 total payments and I only owed 1 of $50.00

    I processed a 1 time payment for Cricket Wireless of $50.00 and they have managed to take out 7 payments all together of $50.00 a piece.     I purchased an Alcatel Idol 3 phone from my neighborhood Cricket store. The first thing I noticed is that this store was "run" by a few girls maybe in their early 20's, if that.     I have been with Cricket since 2010& I've never had so many problems til the merge. The bridge pay program is a rip off now& I'm letting you know that you have lost a customer.     I've been a loyal Cricket customer for years and really haven't had many problems until they merged with AT&T. I recently did a bridge pay and got ripped off. I paid twenty dollars July 10th and went in a Cricket store on the 18 to pay the remaining 40.     I joined Cricket December 2014 BYOP Sony Z Ultra C6806 in South Florida. I have never seen so many complaints and I feel lucky because based on the price and service received I am a happy customer. It is a non customer service oriented company I am assuming due to so many complaints.     I am travelling in the USA and needed a SIM card that could give mea lot of data. I was told by the service agent in the cricket store in Central LA on Wilson & Wilshire that I could buy a SIM card and be charged $60 for free calls and text as well as 10GB of data that I could use up until my data ran out, no matter if it exceeded a month.     I took my phone to the cricket store because my phone quit working properly. The lg l70 phone would start then recycle off then back on constantly. The cricket store looked at the phone and couldn't fix the issue. The store clerk checked the phone for damages as well to make sure there was no water damage.     I've been trying to buy a moto e from the Cricket website but it won't let me. Cricket demands a street adderss for shipping and demands that the credit card billilg address match this address.     I purchased an Ootimus L70 LG phone about 2 weeks ago. Microphone never really worked, took it in and told to leave the Wi-Fi and Data on. Still worked sometime, sometimes not. Took it back for replacement and told only 7 days for replacement because I DIDN'T purchase the $7/month service policy. At the end of the year that's some $25 more than I paid for the phone.     Ok . Today at Walmart mart we bought a SIM card for the bring your own phone. Ran home to activate it. We live in a newer plan, so after entering our info.   • Rebate declined for MIGRATED ACCOUNT!?

    I upgraded from a Cricket 3G to 4G phone, because the 3G network was going to be dropped. Cricket advertised on their website a $50 rebate offer with the purchase of a qualifying phone. I sent in everything requested and several weeks later I get a postcard saying my rebate was declined due to, "migrated account."     HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS THAT LIE!! I have been a faithful and loyal customer with multiple lines. Back in January 2015 I was switched from the old service to the new one.     I have been a loyal customer of Cricket for 6 years. Back in Jan. 2015 I was switched from the old cricket service to the new cricket service. When they switched me to the new service I was told that in order to retrieve the music that I had purchased in Mauve Music I had to subscribe to Deezer Music (their new music service provider).   • Don't waste your $!!

    The SIM card required to use Cricket with my Iphone 5c requires me to break the seal on the phone (goodbye warranty). When I spoke to Cricket, they refused to refund me my $40 for a prepaid month with the phone line I didn't even activate. In spite of the fact that I had been with them for over 5 years they refused to apply a credit for the cancelled line to my account.
