    I have the Cricket Cell phone!! DO NOT get it!!!! I send a text message and it often takes up to 3 days for people to get the message!     I have a problem. I am at the start of a new billing cycle and my internet is really slow. Now when I call cricket customer service I'm told that because I'm on a bridge pay I can't receive the well deserve customer service.     I have had cricket for a year or to and since the get go have had meny billing problems. Like I had to pay the same bill twice because suposably I didnt pay. Also it my no sound like a lot but to me it is in just 3 months or less my bill of $55.00 whent up $4.71 meaning this month.     I've had Cricket for a little over a year now and it's the absolute WORST service ever!!! The phones are garbage and the service is terrible! I got to college 4 days a week and every time I'm at school, I got very little reception. Every time I send a text, 70% of the time I have to resend it because of "Sending Failed".     I had good signal strenght at my home for over a year and a half for my Droid and broadband thru Cricket Wireless--poor service, but good signal.     Three days ago, my Motorola V3M cell phone that's been flashed to Cricket stopped letting me access my Hotmail account. It has been fine for almost 2 years.     Do the customer service people taking calls at the 1-800-CRICKET number really not know what they are talking about or do they intentionally try to give you the run around and 99% of the time eventually disconnect you?     Purchase a phone for my daughter who is away at school. I also changed providers after over ten years of service.     Okay, for the record, I was a very happy Cricket customer up until a month and a half ago. That's when I went to upgrade my phone. Even though the phone I had purchased in Las Vegas worked very well in San Francisco, the company could not activate my new phone because I was not in Las Vegas anymore.
