  • Cricket phone disconnected, then asking for a re connection fee

    I have had a cricket account with two lines for a couple of years now, paying on auto pay each month. In September 2016, the auto pay did not go through (the card on file is still valid and working fine) and the phone was dis-connected in October. After calling to figure out the issue, a manual payment was made, the phones were switched back on and the auto pay was supposed to be reset. This month, the phones are disconnected and the account is de-activated. They now want a $75 reactivation fee. The help desk person was difficult to understand and borderline rude.   • Cricket Wireless- WORST COMPANY EVER!

    DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO CRICKET WIRELESS- horrible company!!!! I hate them so much I will tell everyone I know to stay away from them. If you currently have service with them, I would change it. I called THE NIGHT BEFORE my phone bill was due and went through their automated system. They charged my card TWICE- $94 was taken out of my account- twice what I owed them. I put them on a 3 way call with my bank trying to get the extra charge dropped...   • Cricket Robbed my account of 7 total payments and I only owed 1 of $50.00

    I processed a 1 time payment for Cricket Wireless of $50.00 and they have managed to take out 7 payments all together of $50.00 a piece. I contacted my bank yesterday with Richard from Cricket Wireless on the line and spoke to a Manager by the name of Jess. Jess refunded my account the 6 payments that were not suppose to come out.. Between 3-4am this morning I received text alerts from my bank informing me that Cricket had taken the 6 payments again and causing my account to overdraw again..   • Horrible Cricket empolyees

    I purchased an Alcatel Idol 3 phone from my neighborhood Cricket store. The first thing I noticed is that this store was "run" by a few girls maybe in their early 20's, if that. The one that helped me hardly knew what she was talking about and the 'manger' didn't know much more. I was told that I had a 7 day BUYERS REMORSE time if I wanted to exchange the phone or return it.   • Automatic pay cancellation from China

    I am very irritated with Cricket's online website. I travel over seas a lot and to my dismay discovered that my automatic pay had not been deactivated. I was very annoyed to discover that I could not deactivate this feature via the website nor could i get into contact with their contact support via the internet.   • Cricket Wireless - HIDDEN FEE'S!

    $10 service charge per month to tether device with internet! Already paid $65 for upgraded unlimited internet! Now, to use it with my device's I need to pay hidden fee for service to operate longer than one minute and to download photos! Discovered this upon accessing internet on device! Customers need to realize even at the only corporate store located in San Diego most will experience questionable customer service and LONG waits in line.   • New phone/ new customer - Cricket will not replace

    I am new customer with Cricket since Jan 2012. Purchased a new phone for $70- now after 4 months they tell me I dropped the phone & that is why the screen went out. I have customer service and will do nothing. Say their phones are only guaranteed for 30 days. OK, I ask to have the information flashed to my old Verizon phone, they charge me $45 and 1/2 of the information did not download, not to mention that I now cannot take pictures or use the internet.
