    I joined Cricket December 2014 BYOP Sony Z Ultra C6806 in South Florida. I have never seen so many complaints and I feel lucky because based on the price and service received I am a happy customer. It is a non customer service oriented company I am assuming due to so many complaints. I personally only use online account and chat for any service needs or changes I never call and use the support feature faqs to gain knowledge on the internet and forums. I have never had a billing problem and I am always connected LTE 90% and HSPA 10% for data and voice a couple times dropped calls inside... More...

  • You Get What you Pay For

    I am currently a happy Cricket customer and have been for a little over a year now. I use my phone for the basics: text, phone and camera. I'd rather not have one at all but seem to have been sucked into the craze (I'm 32). I was with Verizon for many years before moving over to Cricket. My verizon bills were typically around $175 for two people (I mostly used for texting and the other didn't text at all but used the phone as the only phone).
