Cricket Wireless - Billing Credit for cancelled service

Don't do business with this company. I had 2 lines with company and cancelled one line after we had prepaid for the month. In spite of the fact that I had been with them for over 5 years they refused to apply a credit for the cancelled line to my account. I spoke to a floor manager who also refused to give me the courtesy of applying a credit to the account after I had been with them over so many years. when I ask her if it was worth loosing my business she said yes that I could do what I want to do. What a way to earn loyal customers. I will let my friends know never to do business with this company.
