Terrible Wireless Company

Over the past few months, I have fought with this company hand and foot.. I was not satisfied with the company nor the service! I am entirely sure how a PREPAID company can lock a cell phone for usage with another service provider, especially when the cell phone was with the provider I want to switch back to? Once I finally got someone that could help, and that admitted that there was a lock on the phone, which I was told they CAN'T lock phones, that there is no way anyone could help me until 3-5 business days... When ANY other company helps you on the spot..
