I have been a Cricket customer for about a year. Poor coverage but I figured that is because I wanted a less expensive carrier. My wife and son added onto the account but Cricket won't allow me to remove them unless I paid in-full ($150). They went to other carriers and now Cricket's sales rep says there are "no refunds" because it was "my fault" yet all I want is credit for what I paid on my phone. No one answers a phone. There is no email address. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NONE. ZERO. ZILCH. I'm signing up with Boost.
