I took my phone to the cricket store because my phone quit working properly. The lg l70 phone would start then recycle off then back on constantly.

The cricket store looked at the phone and couldn't fix the issue.

The store clerk checked the phone for damages as well to make sure there was no water damage.

The store clerk then dialed cricket warranty and I made a warranty claim.

I had 5 days left on the manufactures warranty.

I received an email with a RA number and shipping label. I sent my phone back the same day.

I waited 5 days then contacted cricket warranty and was told my phone was out of warranty.

I disputed that and was told that there was only 1 day left on my Warranty so the technician said the phone was to old to do anything with.

I disputed that and was told to call the next day.
I called the next day and was told that my phone was not in the system. I was told to call back the next day. I called back the next day and was told they still couldn't locate my phone.

After 2 days of more calls a team lead said she would get me a replacement phone sent to me.

2 Days later I received a replacement phone that half of the digitizer don't respond.

Again I contact cricket about the replacement phone and was told that they found my original phone but the technician noted that the phone was damaged and there for not covered.

I was told they will not repair my phone and they will not replace the defective phone the allready sent me.

I received my original phone back today. There is no physical damage, no water damage, the phone charges, the phone just wont start other than the LG START SCREEN.

I WANT MY PHONE REPAIRED OR REPACED UNDER THE Warranty I gad on the phone when I made my warranty claim.

I feel I have been shafted by the Cricket Warranty staff. As I was told by the staff my phone was to close to the warranty date, I feel they just checked the box damaged by customer and wrote me off.

Again my phone gas no water damage, physical damage nor any scratches, no damaged screen and the charge port connects when plugged in.
I have repeately as to talk to a manager with no success. I was told several times I would get a call from a manager but that never happened. A team lead Chrissy told me she is as high as I will ever get.
