Cricket phone disconnected, then asking for a re connection fee - CRICKET WIRELESS


I have had a cricket account with two lines for a couple of years now, paying on auto pay each month. In September 2016, the auto pay did not go through (the card on file is still valid and working fine) and the phone was dis-connected in October. After calling to figure out the issue, a manual payment was made, the phones were switched back on and the auto pay was supposed to be reset. This month, the phones are disconnected and the account is de-activated. They now want a $75 reactivation fee. The help desk person was difficult to understand and borderline rude. When I asked to speak to the supervisor, I was left on hold for over 5 minutes before the line was disconnected. Cricket just lost another customer.
