ORDER STATUS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE JOSE
tHIS COMPANY IS A REAL BAD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. THEY ADVERTISE TWO DAY DELIVERY AND HERE'S WHAT JOSE OF THE COMPANY SAYS.
Jose: Just a second, I'm retrieving your order status
Doyce: loll
Jose: When did place this order?
Doyce: Ordered on August 10, 2014
Doyce: Nokia

Jose: So, now I need to know why you want to cancel it :)
Jose: That way I will create a case, so it will be canceled asap
Doyce: I don't need a reason. I am the consumer
Jose: All right, since there is no reason, you can send it back when it arrives! You just send it back to us and we will refund your credit card
Jose: that's what the website says, but it is in progress! it means that it is now about to be shipped
Jose: Remember that it takes up to 3-5 days to be delivered
Doyce: no way, I don't have it!! it hasn't even shipped yet!! I have the right under the right to get my cash back to day, cricket took it in 5 seconds
Jose: Yes, I understand, but you should've read our refund policy
Doyce: You should know by now if you understand english, it's my money and the phone is still sitting there
Jose: Unfortunately, I can't cancel your order and refund your credit card. There is no option to cancel it. What you can do is wait until it arrives, so you can send it back to us and that way your money will be refunded
